As Director of Business/Finance for Danielian Associates, Connie's main goal is to ensure that all financial and administrative operations function effectively and efficiently.

In her earlier career as Executive Director of the Orange County Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Connie obtained an in-depth understanding of the architectural profession. Twenty plus years' experience in the management of design firms gives her the depth of knowledge necessary to handle long-term planning and budgeting as well as the ability to adeptly deal with the day-to-day tasks required for a smooth operation of the firm's administrative and financial departments.

Her attendance at numerous seminars and conventions sponsored by the American Institute of Architects and the Society of Design Administration continues to allow Connie to sharpen her skills and stay current with technology and trends necessary to manage a progressive design firm such as Danielian Associates.

Connie is a Certified Design Administrator; Honorary Member of the American Institute of Architects Orange County Chapter, a Past President and Director of the Society of Design Administration/Orange County Chapter, and served as Secretary of The Architecture Foundation and currently as a Director.
