H.C. “Chip” Clitheroe, Jr. is an organizational consultant, recreation planner, and public participation facilitator working with environmental design organizations in Southern California. Chip holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Notre Dame), Masters of Science in Administration (UCI), and a Ph.D. in Social Ecology (UCI) degrees, and also lectures and conducts research in association with the School of Social Ecology at UCI.
